Breads:

Yeast bread
Muffins
Scones
Most corn bread
Pancakes
Bagels
Biscuits
Pizza
Croissants
Crackers
Pretzels

Grains:

Wheat
Rye
Barley
Oats
Spelt
Karnut
Teff

Meats, Poultry, Fish:

Breading or batter on fried products
Corn dogs
Anything floured before frying
Dishes prepared en croute or stuffed.

Pasta:

Macaroni, noodles, spaghetti
Orzo
Couscous, bulgar wheat
Seitan

Pastries:

Cookies
Biscotti
Cake
Pie and cobbler
Crumb toppings
Doughnuts

Possible Problem Foods:

Brownies
Quinoa & amaranth (Usually thought of as gluten
